2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party scripts. Personal data is only processed in the following scenario:

• Direct email inquiries: When you contact me via email, I collect and process the information you provide (e.g., your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
• Purpose and Legal Basis: Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (legitimate interest) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and discussing potential projects.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Emails and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to handle an inquiry, carry out or follow up on a client project, or comply with legal obligations. If an inquiry leads to a commercial agreement, relevant accounting data (such as invoices) is retained for 5 years after the end of the respective financial year in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven).

4. Data Processors

This website and its associated infrastructure rely on the following third-party service providers:

• Nordicway: Web hosting provider. Your IP address and standard web server log data are processed on servers within the EU.
• Microsoft 365: Email service provider. Emails sent to my contact address are processed and stored via Microsoft's cloud infrastructure in accordance with EU data protection standards.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to request access to the personal data held about you.
• The right to request rectification or erasure of your personal data.
• The right to object to or request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
